Hi, my order was placed to a restaurant which was not open. And they never let me know that the restaurant was closed same time the delivery executive. I was the delivery boy cruising around the city which made me suspicious about this. Contacted the support team, they said the restaurant is closed and they will send me a refund. I denied to give permission to cancel the order without my approval. They cancelled my order at the same time told me only if they cancel they could give me a compensation for the same. After that, the support team simply closed the chat and shut myself off. I was very patient and told them you can cancel and close the chat without my approval without finding a solution for this if so I will have to take this to the consumer court. I been chatting with the support team every alternate days regarding cancelling orders. My account half the money is still under refund process. I can’t afford to give money and then never get my food delivered and wait for many days for the refund to reflect on my account to order back again. This is not acceptable and I have proof for all the mentioned above details.
