I booked a flight ticket by vimaansafar.com from Delhi to Bengaluru for 30 jan 2023 , after payment it showed pending status, then in next morning I got mail that the ticket is confirmed. and in one point it is written that for checking ticket details you have to type another name . so i checked with that name and PNR which they mentioned on official website of airline, the same flight with same timings and same date is showing but the passenger details are completely different. when i called vimaansafar customer care, they are saying that your details will come before one day of flight departure. If this is the case, then why i am seeing some other person name when it is still 11 days remaining for departure. and also i searched with PNR and in last name i mentioned my own name correctly, still im getting no information on official website of airline. Amount is deducted and i dont have any ticket or any confirmation from airline.
