URL https://www.smartphonebazar.online is a fraud company popup through my facebook ID. Through this link I opted for purchase of new mobile i.e. REALME 5i. I consider it as a genuine eCommerce portal, I made payment of Rs 2999.37 on 22.05.2020(8.32PM) through PayU gateway. The said amount was debited from my SBI internet banking account vide transaction ID 10385989977 and confirmation of order shown on same website i.e. order ref no. 8805092409. No any email/SMS received further. I tried to contact their customer care. But all appears as fake. Kindly help me to get refund from such fraud.
