I have placed order for Bluetooth Speaker with ear buds on Shine Summer online shop vide order number SS3042 dated 29th Apr. I received the Bluetooth speaker and a US charging cable only. The ear buds not supplied. Surprisingly, the Speaker has no USB charging port at all. How can I recharge it? I have checked up the speaker thoroughly only to find that there is no port available.
There is no reply from the company to my mails with complaint in this regards. Mails (email@example.com) to the company are being bounced. It appears they have / are cheating customers. Please kindly initiate legal action on this company.
