I have booked my ticket through paytm Anand Vihar to Rampur they gave me ticket bus time was the 12.01 PM finally there was no bus from 11.30 to 1.30 at platform nm 73.
in between there is a bus arrived 1pm’ that time was the 12PM I checked in that bus as chart my name was not mentioned in that traveler sheet. And they are not ready to refund back my amount.
