I have booked my ticket on Paytm the travel Date was 30 th May and the booking ID is:13511063041. I have cancelled my ticket and I have’t received my refund Yet. They have give me reference Number(RRN):114934707954 which is completely fake reference Number. When I contacted customer care they informed that the amount is transferred to State bank of india in which I have no Account and the card or account Number ending with 9911 which I do not have card or account number ending with the same. The customer care people are not able to resolve my Issue. When I tried send email to Nodal officer email Id is bouncing back care@paytm.com. They are looting Money Beware of Paytm Guys
