Hi Sir, On 12th of December, I ordered 4 Linen Shirts at 999/-. On the 18th, I received an official courier tracking number from Amazon, which is Tracking ID: 365820841661, indicating that it is about to be delivered. Initially, I ordered using Cash On Delivery to prevent online fraud, but by believing Amazon, I paid the order amount. After that, we took the parcel and opened it, and we found that 2 low-quality T-shirts were in the parcel. So we’re unable to find an option to return this. and no response from the given contact email. Kindly please help me in this regard. Amazon is also involved in this…
