I have ordered samsung galaxy buds pro violet earphones, and paid in advance, through net banking

On recieving product i found it to be fake, i have repeatedly asked site to refund my money or send genuine product, i have sent my order no. and unboxing videos to site as asked by them but they are not replying my mail and not picking up phone, i have mail track records that my mails are delivered and opened by site, each and every time.
This means they have willingly done this act of cheating.
I have no other option left i am bound to go to consumer court and online fraud prevention forum to get my money back and stop this site from cheating others
