Hi, i’ve ordered a product (SJCAM-SJ10 Camera) from Fcity (website: bestestock.com). And when i received the product, it was a Sony Headphone. I then wrote an email to return the product and get my money(1,999) as a refund. But no reply has been received yet. Then i was little curious about it & searched on google, i found this website fake or scammers & saw many people has already been talking about the company’s scams.
I want to take a legal action against this website. They are fraudsters & making people fool.
- Please suggest a better way to get out of it.
