I had placed an order for a dress from Khushboo Chowdhary (Contact No, 9954650690). The picture shown at the time of purchase was quite different from the product I actually received. I paid in total of 2750/- Rs for the Product. When I called her for returning the product, she did not consider my concern and said it was not her responsibility about how the product came. She even said she was not liable for refund or any replacement and abused us and asked us to do whatever we can, she won’t be taking any responsibility.
Such an irresponsible and scamming behavior is very unacceptable. I want my money back or get my product replaced with the product as promised and also action needs to be taken against her so that such things do not happen again to me or to anyone else in future.
All these instances clearly states that she is not at all ethical in business and abuses people who wants to get their products as promised.
