Hi all I have placed a Titan edge watch in paytm mall and I have a fake product. After seeing the product immediately I placed a return order and no one called me or took the parcel back. I contacted the paytm call center and they said they will solve my problem. After 15 days of continuous calls and mails by me they said that, they are correct from their end and from the courier partner.
Day by day these people are very much looting customers money and playing with customers. I seriously don’t understand why the hell they are running the app when they have no guts to run. Do they think that they can easily cheat and make money from customers. It’s my hard earned 9992 rs.
