I came across the ad of this website on Facebook.
Website – wirelessdeals.in
The website shows various deals of standard JBL products at 80-90%
discount rates. I chose such a product named “Hurry Up Grab It Now Offer”
showing 1 JBL Charge 2 speaker and 1 earphone for Rs. 1899.
The payment method was cash on delivery.
On receiving the parcel I paid Rs. 1900 by cash, but when I opened the box
I instantly realized that I have been a victim of a fraudulent deal. The
“Return My Order” button on the website exists but does not work.
I contacted Ecom Express office through which the parcel arrived but I got no response from them.
I tried to contact customer care number provided in the website but was unable to do so as it says that it is a wrong number.
I tried reaching them through email but got no response

We are just a courier service provider required to pick up and deliver the shipments in packaged condition itself as is handed over to us by the Shipper based on courier order details assigned to us by the Shipper.
Being neither the seller nor the manufacturer of the product, we have no relation to the sale, quality, packaging or other aspects of the product.
