I had ordered Sony earbuds price worth 1799 that had free combo offer of 1+1 i received a headphone that too of poor quality which i don’t require and now they aren’t replying to mails and calls, I need a refund i don’t need any product, i am a trader and i can’t afford the loss in this period of misery
