I have ordered a product from Pretfashion, online shopping website on January 11th , with invoice number- PW7195242. The product I ordered is entirely different from the product I received and also , the return address mentioned is, Kartik Enterprises, New Delhi, 110085 , where both the numbers provided are switched off. Kindly help me in either recovering my amount of Rs.999 or getting the original product! What I received was leggings (Pack of 2) and what I ordered was Jeggings(Pack of 3)
