Dear sir I ordered few perfume samples from snap perfumes Bangalore last month the total amount was rs 5800 when I opened the samples I found all the perfumes were fake the same day I wrote an email regarding the fake perfumes after few hours I got the reply from co.mailed by sheikh Afreedi saying that they have sent 101% original ,again I wrote back the nextday again they wrote saying that they have a big & reputated showroom in Bangalore and the third time i wrote but their was no response please help me to bring out the cheaters on open light .

I am going through the same issue after ordering perfumes. They have neither dispatched it nor willing to answer the calls. Only tgrough whatsapp they are texting me that their mumbai team will update.
Same with me. I placed a prepaid order and after that I am neither being able to log into my account nor getting any update of my order. Their customer care doesn’t replies. Phone number provided is switched off.
The Blue dart tracking ID provided by them is also wrong.
I think snapperfumesindia is a fraud.

I have the same issue. Please DO NOT buy from this website. I have been working to them and they replied initially but have now stopped responding. I have still not received one of the items in my other and the rest I got are fake.
I ordered one perfume on 10th of may 2021. No perfume received and they gave me false airway bill number 69555237393 of BLUEDART courier. Very bad and no words to write here. Tried their number (+91) 890 411 7098 and it is always out of reach and no answer of email ….. no support so you can understand what exactly this is ……….
Sir the same happened with me. I lost my money to these fraudsters.
My issue was resolved and payment was refunded.
This is froad totally.After payment, you cant reach them not anywhere. cant track order too.
