Hi I have purchased an AirPods Gen 2 on 17th October. When I opened to check the authenticity it showed that the warranty will expire in 11 month. When I tried to escalate the same issue to customer service, I was given confirmation that I’ll be contacted in 24 hours. Till now I have not received any updates or information regarding the issue from customer service. Is this a new way of selling refurbished or second hand products in the name of big billion sale or offer ????? Just because it was open box delivery, There is no way or provision to return or contact the supplier for the same issue. Find the attachments below as proof that Flipkart is scamming people through its offers in Big billion day sale.
Product come up with 12 months of warranty how can delivered air pro gen 2 come out Warranty upto only 11 months . Either fake product has delivered or refurbished product has delivered to me .
I need a proper justice and refund of this product
