Text of Complaint by Vishakha Kumari:

I made an order from Paytm Mall on 9th Dec 2020, I made an order of Rs. 399 on 15th dec I received a call from a person who claimed himself to be an employee of Paytm Mall. He told me that on completing 1 Lakh customer the company has done a lucky draw and I am the winner and eligible to get Tata Safari. I need to deposit cash of Rs 6500.

In order to confirm how genuine the person is asked for my details from him like the product I ordered and my amount of order and my address, he had every single detail.

It is very clear Paytm Mall provided them with all my details this is so unprofessional of paytm mall to leak personal information and on top of that Paytm Mall don’t even receive calls from customer they just give a robotic reply and message link for every thing.

I am highly disappointed that paytm mall shared my private information and they don’t even respond properly.  I am not able to take a screenshot on Paytm app but my order id is 12390149355. and I do have invoice
