I took 2 loans from Dhani and i settled both accounts but after settlement I got a message to keep funds when I checked with that executive who settled my account he send me a screenshot which has a different loan account when I asked him he stopped responding.Even in Dhani App i have only 2 loans reflecting but in my credit report i have 3rd loan added and my cibil is getting effected.Pleasw help me further to remove this fraud accounts.
