I was ordered a viva smartphone through website https://www.hope4shops.co.in. But, wrong/fake item was delivered. So, I want to return it. I paid the cash through COD option.
I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
And please share me the return address to send back the product that I have received it and share me the procedure to get refund amount. Attached the screenshot of my order details for your reference. Delivered on 1515-sep-2021.

They show vivo add in google page but when you click the link and go inside the website mobile name is viva in this itself we can come to know they are dead so be aware of that don’t wast your money
