I brought one pantaloons voucher(5101000019635188) in June 2108  from paytm and as per terms and conditions it must be valid for 1 year. I tried to use my voucher this month as per merchant the voucher is already expired.

Raised my issue with paytm but they are not responding from 4 5 days, i am permanent customer of paytm and using paytm from long and was not expecting this from Paytm.

I want my money back and strict action against paytm.
