Delivery late issue had raise on aug 25.instead as mentioned 43 mins delivery it had taken 1hr 20 mins till the order not delivered.

I had chat with the customer support executive and he suggested me to cancle the order.

I said no

He offer me a apologize coupun of 100 rs and let me to cancle me.

For some time as this is the final and accepted for the words of customer executive.

Now the coupon is not working. Again for this concern i went for chat support now they are telling me no such facility available sorry for it.

I was mentelly distrub by the fake words of this swiggy for the last couple of order.
