Booked a ticket from Travolook for Mumbai to Bangalore as they were flashing catchy discounting. Travolook completed my booking with a reference number and charged the full amount for the booking but within couple of minutes of booming completion I received a call and email from Travolook team that my booking is cancelled due to changes in air fare and they will refund the full amount. Travolook is not confirming the refund transaction reference number neither they are confirming any timelines for refund. I am asking them to refund my full booking about immediately but there is no response. Have sent them multiple emails but no response. This is a scam and its a fraud company which tricks consumers by flashing discounted air fares for different airlines but after booking it immediately cancels the ticket and doesn’t provide any refund. Pls beware these cheaters and do not fall pray for flashy discounted air fares. Also requesting Google to remove this fraud Travolook company offers from Google ads.
