My shop is registered as Paytm merchandise account, where my address is mentioned wrong, it’s mentioned as Himachal address, i raised a complaint on customer care, asking on what ID proof you mentioned Himachal address, thy raised ticket against that and after few days mention as solved. I complaint many times even by calling still no response.
