Order ID 2611183474 placed on 28th February. The order had not been delivered since the last 2 hours and customer support has out my on wait for the last 20 minutes despite the fact they cannot reach the delivery executive. The customer executive was extremely rude as well and was very unprofessional, rude and asked to unnecessarily wait despite seeing that order was already delayed by over an hour. Further, use of very unprofessional words like “wasting time” used in chat with customer executive.
