On 20th of September 2018 i have booked train tickets through irctc app and done payment through bank of India card and gateway through paytm. Transaction have been failed due to some technical issue and amount have been debited from bank account to paytm and not reached irctc but amount has not been refunded till now from paytm. I have been talked to paytm customer care service and contacted about issue but no action since 10 days almost 36 days completed and no action on that. Fed up with them by contacting hours of time. Please take action..
