On 06.03.2022 I have tried to book ticket through IRTC. The Transaction ID number was 100003252559427. The cost of ticket worth ₹ 698.40 and transaction charge ₹ 14.83 ( total ₹713.23) deducted from my bank account. But I have not received the ticket, instead on my monitor it was shown the transaction was failed. I waited for one weak for refund. Since I have not received the money back I contacted the costumer care number of IRTC twice and both occasion I was assured that money will be credited to my account. But I have not received the money till date. So kindly look into my grievance.
