I made a recharge of 159 rupees against Vodafone number 8447733196 registered under my wife’s name chamanpreet Kaur on 27 October from paytm wallet. Vodafone send me a confirmation message giving details about the successful recharge. When no services were provided after recharge, the customer care executive said that this recharge was not valid on this number whereas it was a recommended deal by Vodafone which incidentally is still showing as one till date. Despite my communicating Vodafone through customer care as well through numerous mails I am yet to get any response from these unprofessional corporate representatives. As a result I have shifted my two numbers from postpaid to prepaid and very soon will port to some other competitive provider.
