I was adding money Rs 3000 from my Deauche Bank to Paytm on 21st august 2018. it failed and money was is not refunded to my account yet.
Detailed conversion.
I call Paytm and informed on 21st augst,
they asked me to wait for 24 and 2days and then 10 working days.
Still did’t got the money back,
They i reached them again they created a ticket for me with following reference number.

if the complaints related to money deduction from your bank/card, have not been responded by the bank customer care, please share your bank statement from <12.08.2018> to <29.08.2018> in PDF format. The bank account statement should clearly display the account number so that we can raise a query with your bank to identify the reason for the delay. Also, please note the following points mentioned below:
1. Please send the information from your registered email address
2. Please ensure that your bank statement does not have password protection. Alternatively, you can also provide the password. Once the matter is resolved, we will reach out to you

I provided the bank statement 3 times every time they please provide the correct statement.
and 4 time they asked to highlight the failed transaction, and i Provided, they took time and said it has got refunded. and asked me to check with the bank.
I called the Deutsche bank they said they don’t support refund method IMPS used by Paytm.
and they said they can credit the amount back to my paytm wallet.
i informed the same they again asked me to reach out the bank, Deutsche Bank again said it dose’t support Paytm refunds so ask them to refund the amount back to paytm wallet.
and gave below reference number to say the transaction was successful.
