I have ordered Adjustable fit cargo pants (buy 1 get 1 free) from a website named “Faction Hut” from instagram last Thursday (7/9/23) worth Rs 899. It appeared as sponsored in Instagram.
Today I received the order which contained one torn old male jeans without any button or anything. And when I try to go to the website it has already disappeared. This fraud website is trying to show that they are “Meesho” by giving similar kind of cover.
Not only me, many other people have received such fraud products from “Faction Hut” website.
I’m a college student studying MBBS from Tezpur Medical College.
And the amount of Rs 899 wastage is too much for me so I want the refund.
Please kindly direct me where should I complain and what to do next regarding this.
Kindly please catch this website people. They are very notorious and is creating a big scam via this. Please help me. Please .
It’s a humble request to you and your department to look into this and catch the fraud so that I could get refund of my Rs 899. Please help me.
