I have ordered for Jbl speaker flip* Bluetooth speaker and mini earpods free in ezee deals. I tried canceling the order as per their cancellation policy within 24 hours of ordering. Tried calling their number but customer care is not responding and there is no option to cancel an order in their website also. They have not cancelled the order or initiated refund or shipped the product. Plz help
