Text of Complaint by Rajesh:

Dear Sir,

 

My self-Rajesh from Chennai, My mobile number is 9994328892, I have been consuming airtel network last 12+ years, and it was a very decent network.

 

Even In market giving free sim card, validity & data in once in period of time, I don’t think to purchase, because of having an ideal network in my hand but after some time it has been contaminated.

 

My entire families are using same network in the same location. Before November my wife sim number can’t use the network, then I raised the complaint against the network.it was resolved within the hour of time. Now she was using up to the limit with the maximum speed of 810 K/s to 950 K/s sometimes it goes to 1.2m/sec.Before my wife’s complaint, I raised my issue in same location if I switch on the network it shows always 0.00K/s, if I want to download 4mb file I need to switch on the internet in mobile 8 to 12 hours of time. But the complaint was still uncleaned.

 

One day I tried to customer care & raised my concern about the network, she says within the week time we will resolve it, you don’t worry. After 2 weeks again, I tried, The customer care girl says ,sir you have been raised the service request .You have to wait for another month of time.at that time I don’t understand about the difference between service request & Complaint. However, it’s resolved its ok, I just leave it, and it was continuing day by day. So I decided to buy a JIO sim, it works perfectly in my toilet also.

 

I wonder that, how am Fluctuating from Airtel network to JIO network, how the invention is working without advertisement how they are grasping the people, really a master.

 

I was learnt from your network, this is the way to Guide the customer without hurting, they forced switch over to use other products (Airtel to JIO).

 

Don’t put pointless advertisement in Channels, if you are really expertise you should prove in to the site.

 

Don’t try to cheat the Public by providing the TV ad, If you have a real guts please make a fastest network mode test in my location.

 

Am expecting positive result from your end.Otherwise please advise me how to switch over the same mobile number to another network.

 

My Mobile number was 9994328892 I suppose to give the same number in below my name, but i don’t want to do that.
