I have made a payment for the fees to my son’s college. The amount was supposed to be 185036. The payment went through your portal without giving me any intimation that there would be an extra charge levied. Once the payment was successful I received a message stating that the charge to my credit card was 187806.14. If I had known that you are going to charge me so much extra I would have made payment via another mode. I am also sharing a screenshot which shows the amount showing as only 185036 where I enter my card details to make the payment. Since you have shown the screen showing that the payment would be the fee payment only how can you charge me the extra fees without any intimation. I am requesting you to return the extra charges to me as soon as possible.
