I’ve order bread and yakult from Swiggy Instamart. The bread was expired and I’d raise this issue with Swiggy customer care and they asked me to send an email to Swiggy stores.
I’ve received a response from them saying there are merely a medium and can’t take any responsibility.
I’m paying for the service and I should be entitled for a replacement or refund.
I’m raising the issue not for money but for the unfair practice and policy from Swiggy and the vendor.
