I ordered a cake from Swiggy, from the restaurant “Lo! Low Carbs and Keto Food” and the cake delivered was expired and rotten. It was smelling and the packaging was beyond horrible. It was made over a month ago and was still delivered to my doorstep. When I initiated a complaint on the Swiggy App, they shut down the window without initiating a refund or acknowledging their mistake and error in food safety.
