I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order from Swiggy Instamart. The order included bread and savories, but upon opening the package, I discovered that the bread was expired and emitting a foul smell. Additionally, the savories were crushed and inedible. Despite my efforts to request a refund, Swiggy Instamart refused to provide one. I have attached photographs as evidence of the poor quality of the products received. I kindly request a refund for the affected items, a review of the refund policy, and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
