• Iam sharing my experience of a sophisticated fraud by Paytm where I ordered and paid online.
  I ordered online for 5 nos. of 5 meter each of LED strip light with a single order no. 3878931782. But material was supplied with a single piece of about 18 mtrs. length which was also defective. I immediately called up Paytm customer care and registered a complaint and asked for return. A courier service personnel who came to pick up the material had asked for five pieces of items where I received only a single piece. Then he returned back without taking the material. I escalated the case and another courier person came and picked up the material and given a hand written receipt of the material indicating length of the item as 18 mtrs. With lot of follow up with Paytm I received refund of only 1/5th of my money as the received only one piece of materials, which I received through courier against my order no. 3878931782. Now Paytm customer care is neither responding to my calls when I make through the registered mobile number nor sending any feedback to my emails. I also tried to contact CEO office of Paytm, but failed to get any response.
  Is it a way Paytm is generating their profits by cheating the poor customers. I came to India to enjoy Deewali but left me with a very bad experience of Indian online shopping company.
  It is an open offer to Paytm CEO, if he needs money for improvement of company’s systems and procedures, I wish to contribute the same…but should not cheat customers.
