My Vodafone number is 9176031187; I am a postpaid user for more than 10 years in Vodafone…. I was having a 199 scheme.. Without my acceptance my billing tariff changed to 249 and forcing me to pay the bill amount. I also registered a complaints several time in Vodafone via customer care and direct showroom walk in. Still the issue not resolved.
