Text of Complaint by Ankit Singh:

I had surrendered my Broadband Connection from Excitel in July 2023 and as per their policy the wifi device was also picked up by them in the next week. I was supposed to receive my security deposit refund of Rs 2000 within 60 days, however it has been over 4 months now and I have not received a refund nor any update/ call from Excitel. Every time I call customer support I only get one answer I have escalated your request to concerned team and you issue will be addressed ASAP”. Upon asking for a definite timeline for the same they only reply by saying “kindly wait for a few days”.
I am tired of calling customer support and asking for update. I opened a ticket with them after waiting for 60 days and the age of that ticket is now 53 days as of raising this complaint.
