it has been a month, my excitel wifi has no connectivity. i try to call the service providers they didn’t even pick the call or reply to the msssage. I tried calling on excitel customer care they said my wifi connection will be resolved in few day/ as soon as possible but nothing happened, I have alot of internet related work to do.I tried everything but no action took by excitel service providers. they also told that we’ll reach to your house by the given time but they didn’t came. Pls help us
