I placed an order on 17 Nov 2021, got product on 21 Nov 2021. Then I exchanged the product on 22 Nov 2021. Next day delivery guy came and picked-up the product but didn’t give me the exchanged product . I complaint several times but customer care just saying our backend team are working on it. They are either just kept pushing or ignoring the complaint. I need resolution.
