Let’s start from the beginning. I have ordered a provogue jeans from flipkart on 18th july Order ID – OD225502302439250000 . Earlier the delivery was given for 22 nd july later the delivery date revised for 27 th but product was delivered on 29 th July, due to Size issue we asked for exchange of product on 29 th July itself and placed an exchange request. Our request was on hold till 7 th august. We have called multiple times to flipkart customer care but no proper resolution was provide only future dates are given by the customer care. After multiple complaints finally my order on 7 th august and shows delivery date on 13 th august, but on 13 august my order is showing cancelled in app because return policy ended bon 8 th august.
It’s been a month I have been facing mental tourcher by these customer care executive. Even today when I called the customer care they gave me another date.
I want. Full amount refund and compensation of Rs 50 k fir the mental tourcher i have faced and wasted my time with customer care.
I my opinion the court oder should be an exemplary order to teach a lesson for the big corporate house.
