I have exchanged my old phone and purchased Realme 9 Pro (For rs-17000/-) from Flipkart on 29-07-2022.Due to some manufacturing defect i had to return it.The amount for which I had exchanged my old phone was to be returned in gift voucher from flipkart i.e Rs-7250/- was promised to be returned on 09-08-2022 (but was not returned),the date then delayed and the voucher was to be returned on 11-08-2022 (but was not returned) till date.They are delaying the return of the voucher I have to purchase a new Phone.Please help in this Regard.
