Hi,
Since last 8 month ( from March20) I’m getting excess bill for VAS ( Dindo ringtone download ) which I never subscribe or download. 4time I visited Vodafone store, In feedback they told that I downloaded something while web browsing & for that I have to pay. But how it is possible every time on day of new bill cycle it gets added in my dues.. I Called to customer care & they told me to way-off charges in next bill But in my Oct20 no wayoff but even again thay charged extra for unsubscribe item(VAS). Now I’m totally frustrated from Vodafone & way to solving issue..
Pathetic..!!
