Respected Sir / Mam,
I have been charged Rs 6135.21 for my May bill from AIRTEL, I was shocked seeing the amount and which really pains to see such a amount for being a customer for many years.. So I called AIRTEL customer care, where their representatives ( SARIKONDA PRANAYA
Advisor : Customer Experience , Bharti Airtel Ltd ) were helpless & says it was charged for International Roaming daily pack of Rs 499 is activated for 8 days from 12th May to 19th May, which I never requested to activate instead I activated for 1499 pack which is not showing in the Bill nor charged and I am ready to pay for that.
Hence I need to get reversal of Rs Rs 2941 and am ready to pay the correct bill of Rs 3194/ – immediately.
