I have raised complain on 22nd Jan, for excess bill. The issue is that when I use 50% of my internet, i receive intimation for same and therafter whatever internet i use, vodafone is charging me normal rates eventhought I have huge amount of internet data left. I am going to vodafone stores where I am told to contact appelate team. I am calling appellate team but they are also not reaponding. Have also mailed to GRIVIEANCE team but no reaponse. Request you to help me from this issue and also highlight how vodafone cheats customers.
