Dear Sir,

My Vodafone no. is 9403815943. Almost after every two to three months, I am getting excess bill on this number though this number is not in use i.e. I do not use it for outgoing.  You may check from the record.

Once I submitted application to discontinue the services at Chandrapur Vodafone Service Center.  They did not give me receipt and assured that the number will be discontinued.  However, no. is not discontinued.  Behavior of the person there was also not cooperative but a bit arrogant.

Since my no. is not discontinued and Service Center is 15 Kilometres from my residence, I continued to use the same.  However, even after paying bill, the customer care people are calling me 2-3 times a day which is a mental harassment.  They assured me cancel the penalty but did not.  Please discontinue the services.
