One Mr gaurav of vodafone store has been asked me to paid a lumpsum amount to convert my postpaid to prepaid and told me the amount will be added as prepaid balance within 15days. And also the security deposit of rs.250 will be credited within 45 days. But after the final bill prepared there is an amount of rs.102 has been taken extra and till now no refund has been given.
Please look into the matter and resolve it.
