I ordered Samsung galaxy A10 Mobile on the basis of exchange with my old Samsung Z4 mobile. I entered correct IMEI number of my old mobile while ordered new mobile. New mobile dispatched on 30th may 2019 and for old mobile exchange courier person came on 1st June 2019. He entered wrong IMEI number in paytm mall app. So, My exchange product rejected. Later I called to Paytm customer care center explained about problem. They told your old mobile screen shot with IMEI number. I uploaded in paytm mail service. finally they told we cannot help I am sorry. We wont do exchange of your old mobile, it is rejected
