Hi sir i received a call from captique services regarding form filling job in 31/05/2019. They describe me about his project work and they said that if any reasons you are not able to complete your work on time or not complete 80% accuracy than you need to pay server maintenance charges and one more thing they told me that registration charges which is 4999 will be debited from you salary. I was needed money at that time so i said OK i will do this job. After that they call me many times for my id proof, I submitted my id proof then they send me a text message with a link and a UID which is my username and said me to register myself when i open that link and enter my username one legal agreement open on my screen they said to read agreement when i saw the server maintenance charges are Rs 7999 then I said sorry i can’t pay server maintenance charges. Then after 5 or 10 minutes any other employee call me and describe me again and impress me with his speaking attitude and they said that the server maintenance charges will pay only those peoples who don’t complete their work or not follow any condition given in the descriptions why you afraid, if you have good typing speed with excellent accuracy, I impressed and said OK i will do it. After that i get a recorded line verification call to verify myself that i agree all t&c. After verification they she said that my executive  will sent a username and password with project link. But they don’t  sent me those details. And next day I can’t able to call due to (Mobile number switched off). After next day when i asked the reason that why i can’t get all details of work for that i Can start my work on time they said Sir i have just check what is the problem and they told me to send my email id again ok I send my email id again and after that they  provide me all details with my username and password with link. I told him strictly that My one day was waste they extend my project duration at one extra day. I started my work and given my 200% and I have complete 200 forms with crosscheck and submitted and approx 76 form pending for crosscheck at midnight of next day’s next night. And after next day I started working and and after completing approx 76 form my system machine stops instantly due to electric supply cutting issue. After that when i start my system again for approx 1 hour and restore my chrome browser the page was logged out and after that I have trying to login again with that username and  password it shows that your account has been blocked due to multiple login. than i call to executive and describe all thing and they said me that you account is blocked because you have made a multiple login and describe me that you have login again whereas you have not logged out your previous session that is the reason to blocked  you account . After that he told me to pay server maintenance charges otherwise you will get a court notice till yesterday and cut my call. In 10/6/2019 they send me a message that you case registered in Gujarat high court with Fir Number, Case Status, Filing number etc. And next day a person call me and tell me that I am calling advocate Rahul verma from Gujrat high court and tell me that you need to pay what’s the company demands me otherwise you get into trouble. And when i ignore it after next day date:-11/06/2019 they send me a email with a court notice that and demands me Rs 37355 now what i can do i don’t know please sir help me I am telling you that I can’t take my diet properly from last 10 days please help me as soon as possible.
