Hello,
Bought eureka forbes robo lvac vaccum cleaner, while buying sales representative promised Rs. 2000/- coupons and a travel bag within a week. Later we have to follow-up and it’s been 3 months, only Rs. 1000/- coupon received, that also disappeared in their application. Escalated to their CEO desk 5-6 times but they are good for nothing, again only promises but no resolution to the problem. They are cheating customer. All the promises are through their busyness what’s app account, so they can’t deny.
